"I'm proof the story you tell yourself determines the life you live."— Alaias Fittz · Founder & CEO, The Health Co.
Growing up in Cleveland wasn't easy. Overweight, deeply insecure, navigating a home shaped by addiction and loss. Alaias had every reason to shrink. She didn't.
This is where everything changed. Not just the weight. The identity. Alaias rebuilt who she was and what she believed was possible.
College proved Alaias could do everything at once: compete at the D1 level, intern at world-class companies, and begin building what would become The Health Co.
Alaias joined EA Sports full-time after graduating and, within her first year, built something the company never had before.
For four years, Alaias balanced a demanding career at EA Sports while building The Health Co. Built during early mornings, late nights, weekends, and every spare hour in between.
"I spent years trying to change my body. What actually changed my life was changing what I believed was possible."
Every chapter before this was preparation. This was the moment she stopped building someone else's vision and fully committed to building her own.
What started as a personal transformation has grown into a platform dedicated to helping women build confidence, health, and a life they're proud of.
Parent company spanning content, consulting, and brand partnerships.
Alaias Fittz is the founder and CEO of The Health Co., a media and production company on a mission to reach 100 million women and change how they think about themselves, their health, and what's possible.
Her story begins in Cleveland: overweight, deeply insecure, and surrounded by a family environment marked by addiction and loss. Determined to create a different future, she lost more than 75 pounds, earned a Division I Track & Field scholarship to Michigan State University, and graduated with a double major in Accounting and Marketing.
After college, she joined EA Sports, where she created and led Field the Future, a brand marketing program that impacted more than 1,000 students annually and provided over $100,000 in scholarships for students pursuing STEM degrees. Alaias successfully pitched and secured support from organizations including Nike, Microsoft, and the NFL to help bring the vision to life.
Today, her work has generated more than 27 million YouTube views, supports a growing team of six, serves executive consulting clients, and continues to expand through her platform as Miss Lake Nona USA, competing at Miss Florida USA 2026.
She isn't just a content creator. She's proof that the story you tell yourself determines the life you build.
